This audio recording is composed by twins who struggled with active alcoholism for 20 years. Now with 24 years of recovery, they have felt a need to reach families and friends of alcoholics who are at a loss for helping or understanding the behavior of their loved one who has lost control of their drinking. While 90% of the population drinks apparently with no problems, the 10% who do become addicted cause the majority of alcohol related motor vehicle accidents, suicides. physical and sexual abuse and hospitalizations. Their lives cascade into a nightmare for their loved ones, especially their children.
After attending school for Alcohol Studies, Sandra is now an RN with a C.A.R.N.(Certified Addictions Registered Nurse). Dianna achieved her Masters Degree in Psychology, with a Certificate in Chemical Dependency. They have both worked in the field of chemical dependency and both, inpatient and outpatient units for over 10 years.
